We are getting excited about all the rain in Santa Barbara County! The El Niño rain patterns promise a wonderful growing season for grain. We are planting Sonora, Durum, Rye, and a red wheat this year. We will keep our fingers crossed!

Bread is available at the tasting room/bakery on Friday until we sell out. We bake on Fridays with a limited production. Loaves are available as they come out of the oven, with the first loaves typically ready around 12 pm and the last loaves coming out in the afternoon. All baked goods are for sale in our tasting room located right next door at 1503 E. Chestnut Ave.
Piedrasassi's bread, wine, and a limited supply of freshly milled flour can also be found Saturdays 8:30 am - 1 pm at the SBCFMA Downtown Santa Barbara Farmers' Market, Cota/Anacapa.
